Provide guidance, leadership and oversight to the finance / administration department and be accountable for the work of the finance / administration team.
BP oversees Afghanistan’s financial affairs, including handling all funds, preparing budgets and tracking expenditures, updating the accounting system, preparing financial reports and ensuring timely tax filing.
Monitors all vouchers, authorizes expenses and ensures proper transaction records.
Supervises account payments, payroll processing and disbursements
All BP Afghanistan is responsible for opening, closing and monitoring accounts in Afghanistan and for preparing periodic bank reconciliation statements.
Prepare financial report to BP Top Management.
